• Is it even possible to ship a whole coconut?

  • You're essentially sending a bowling ball that tastes like vacation.
• How do you address a coconut for shipping?
  • We simply slap a label on it.  It's a coconut. How it fares in the postal service is not our concern.
• Will it arrive intact?
  • I hope so. No guarantee though.  Also no refunds. 
• What are the shipping regulations for coconuts?
  • It's a surprisingly complex legal jungle. Basically, treat it like a tiny, round, hairy ambassador. You'll need to know its dietary restrictions, its political affiliations, and if it's carrying any contraband sand. Other than that, don't anger the coconut.
• Will it go bad?
  • While coconuts are naturally resilient, we recommend enjoying your engraved coconut within a reasonable timeframe after arrival.
  • Yes. This is a real coconut. While we know wood, we don't know nuts. 
• Can I eat it?
  • We don't really recommend it. It will probably taste of wherever it has been upon arrival. Your purchase releases us of any supposed guarantee of freshness or edible nature of the coconut.

Release of Liability: You hereby release and forever discharge Aelhaus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your consumption of coconut products, including any allergic reactions or other adverse health effects.
4. No Warranties: Aelhaus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of coconut products for consumption or their freedom from allergens. You are solely responsible for determining whether coconut products are safe for you to consume.
5. Consultation with Healthcare Professional: If you have any known or suspected allergies or health concerns, you are strongly advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before consuming coconut products.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aelhaus from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your consumption of coconut products or your breach of this disclaimer.
7. Entire Agreement: This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aelhaus regarding the consumption of coconut products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
8. Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
