A combination of the Clinch and Powell Rivers, Norris Lake was created with the construction of the Norris Dam in 1933. The first lake in the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). The lake was named after Senator George W. Norris, whose legislation brought electricity to rural areas. 

Approximately 19x12 inches on spalted maple wood, designed to hang with a keyhole hanger on the back.
