Beneath the Trees on Ambrosia Maple
Beneath the Trees
When ever my spirit Leaves in their gentleness Heed not the storms, Amongst such strength
grows stale within me,
I can find myself again
beneath a tree.
For root and branch
do not chase their domain
yet never want for
sun, or wind, or rain.
do beckon "Stay!
If the gale does blow
come, dance within the fray.
for another follows after.
You will surely break
if you do not bend to laughter."
to abide quite contentedly,
I find inside myself again
strength enough, to be.
